Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Zenbar Spa, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs while ensuring efficient operations and the availability of our therapists. Please review our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy below:

Cancellation

a. If you need to cancel your massage appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.

b. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to a percentage of the total treatment cost. The specific fee will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

c. Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and the full treatment cost may be charged.

Rescheduling

a. If you need to reschedule your massage appointment, we request that you inform us at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

b. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, depending on the availability of therapists and resources.

Late Arrivals

a. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process and a full treatment session.

b. If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent clients. The full treatment cost will still apply.

Exceptions

a. In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to be understanding and find a suitable resolution.

Multiple Appointments

If you have booked multiple appointments for the same day or consecutively, the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy applies to each appointment individually.

Group Bookings

For group bookings or events, our cancellation and rescheduling policies may differ. Please inquire at the time of booking for specific details.
